Yes, we operate a nationwide delivery service throughout the UK and Europe.
Q: How do I know your cars are clear of any outstanding finance?
We are members of 'HPI' (Hire Purchase Investigation) and all Riverstones cars are 'HPI' checked. The HPI check will confirm there is no outstanding finance and clear of the insurance ''write of register'.
Q: I have seen a car I like but cannot visit your premises to view, how can you help?
Many of the cars we sell are purchased over the internet. The first time an internet buyer will see their new car is when it is either collected or delivered. We achieve this by providing an informative, accurate and comprehensive Ebay listing.
Q: I will be traveling by train, how far is your premises to the nearest train station?
We are just over one mile from the nearest mainline train station. On arrival call us and we will pick you up.
Q: Is any inspection welcome, i.e. AA or RAC?
We welcome any inspection from the major motor organisations or independent garages.
Q: What are the warranty options?
Warranties are available from 1 year to 3 years; the cover is nationwide and indemnified by a major insurance company.
Q: What’s the best way to pay for my new car?
There are several acceptable payment methods, Bank Transfer is the most secure, Bank Draft and Cash are also acceptable.
Q: Will you accept any part exchange?
Yes, absolutely any car of any age is welcome for part exchange.
